Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Training
EVV is the system Missouri requires to track and verify in-home care visits. In this training, attendants will learn how to use the WellSky Personal Care mobile app to clock in and out, document care plan tasks, and ensure each visit is recorded accurately. This protects consumers, ensures Medicaid compliance, and makes sure attendants are paid correctly.

Consumer Choice in Scheduling
In Missouri’s Consumer Directed Services (CDS) program, the consumer is in charge. This means the consumer decides how their attendant’s schedule will be set up.
Set Your Schedule
The consumer and attendant agree on a consistent weekly schedule (example: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM).
Shifts are pre-scheduled in the WellSky Personal Care system.
The attendant simply clocks in/out at the scheduled times and documents the approved care plan tasks.
This option provides structure and consistency.
